I have been making some version of this granola for years and years. It’s evolved slightly but mostly stayed the same because it is so. Good. Most granolas are primarily just oats but the nuts really shine here. It’s so crunchy and fabulo

Bacon, goat cheese and caramelized shallot scones on the menu this week!! They are so soft and flaky. My sister said they tasted like a ritz cracker and at first I was offended but then I thought you know who doesn’t love a ritz cracker?? #scon
